    Misplaced actions

I am writing this for the people who have sworn to stay home if they don't get a candidate who fits a certain mold they have constructed in their own mind.

Two points I would like to make:

    1. There is no such thing as the ideal politician. Even Reagan made some really bad decisions.

    2. Politicians, on their own, can not take away your rights and freedoms.

Let me explain. Going back to WWII Roosevelt had the completely unconstitutional idea to gather Americans of Japanese lineage and putting them in internment camps for the duration. This was a completely un-American and unconstitutional action that would never fly until SCOTUS stepped in and wrongfully ruled it constitutional.

Every freedom we have lost can be laid at the feet of Judges who rule through personal beliefs rather than through our constitution. We have abortion because a judge said it was constitutional, we have gay marriage because a judge ruled it constitutional, States can no longer exercise their sovereignty because judges ruled federal law trumps state law. All of these rulings completely negate sound constitutional intent. We even have a Kenyan in the White house because judges ruled he didn't have to provide any documents proving his citizenship.

Judges have ruled time after time in favor of unconstitutional laws and regulations based on what party they supported rather than what was clearly spelled out in our constitution. Liberals have been forwarding their agenda for years through judicial fiat. What they couldn't achieve through legislation they have gained through corrupt and biased judges.

Reagan gave us Justice Antonin Scalia, George HW Bush gave us Clarence Thomas then we got all pouchy mouthed about Bush and Threw away our votes on someone who didn't have a snowballs chance in hell of winning and let Bill Clinton get elected with 43% of the popular vote. Clinton gave us Ruth Ginsburg and Steven Breyer. We hated…

    A “Vision” of the Future?

    A “Vision” of the Future?

In a world apparently gone mad it's hard at times to separate fact from fiction, but at times the two merge. A recent military study sends shivers down my spine given the credentials of the authors and the current state of the Union.

    (Emphasis mine)

Here's a few snipets to whet your whistle

"The U.S. Army’s Operating Concept 2016-2028 was issued in August 2010 with three goals. First, it aims to portray how future Army forces will conduct operations as part of a joint force to deter conflict, prevail in war, and succeed in a range of contingencies, at home and abroad. Second, the concept describes the employment of Army forces at the tactical and operational levels of war between 2016 and 2028. Third, in broad terms the concept describes how Army headquarters, from theater army to division,…
